Terms of Service

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE FOR THIS WEB SITE (“TOS”) BEFORE USING THIS SITE. By continuing to access, link to, or use this site, or any service on this site, you signify YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TOS.

JTC Services Inc (“JTC”) reserves the right to amend, remove, or add to the TOS at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately. Accordingly, please continue to review the TOS whenever accessing, linking to, or using this site. Your access, link to, or use of the site, or any service on this site, after the posting of modifications to the TOS will constitute YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TOS, as modified. If, at any time, you do not wish to accept the TOS, you may not access, link to, or use the site. Any terms and conditions proposed by you which are in addition to or which conflict with the TOS are expressly rejected by JTC and shall be of no force or effect.

This Web site, including but not limited to text, content, photographs, video, audio and graphics, and goods (the “Service”), is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties, and/or other proprietary rights and laws of the U.S. and other countries. The Service is also protected as a collective work or compilation under U.S. copyright and other laws and treaties. All individual articles, columns and other elements making up the Service are also copyrighted works. You agree to abide by all applicable copyright and other laws, as well as any additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in the Service. You acknowledge that the Service has been developed, compiled, prepared, revised, selected, and arranged by JTC, its general and limited partners, and its subsidiaries, and their respective general partners.

You agree to protect the proprietary rights of JTC and all others having rights in the Service during and after the term of this agreement and to comply with all reasonable written requests made by JTC or its suppliers and licensors of content, equipment, or otherwise (“Suppliers”) to protect their and others’ contractual, statutory, and common law rights in the Service. Except as specifically permitted by the TOS, you may not copy or make any use of the Service or any portion thereof. Except as specifically permitted herein, you shall not use the Intellectual Property Rights or the Service, or the names of any individual participant in, or contributor to, the Service, or any variations or derivatives thereof, for any purpose, without JTC’s prior written approval.

Shipping Policy

Most items will be shipped by UPS, USPS, or another national carrier.

Due to our automated systems for notifying our shipping warehouse of your order, we may be unable to cancel orders prior to shipment. If an order is accidentally entered, please call 763-250-9670 immediately or email us at fastinfo@fast-brake.com.

Orders that are cancelled after being processed through the fulfillment center cannot be stopped. These products will always be shipped, but may be returned by the customer for a refund of the product price, not including shipping. Buyer must notify us of return prior to return ship. Any returns must transpire 7 days after delivery. We do not accept postage/ payment due upon delivery.

SHIP TO LOCATION: Our standard order includes shipment to one location per order. If you require shipment to multiple locations, there will be additional cost. Please check with us regarding additional cost before ordering. When ordering, please provide complete and accurate billing name, street address, city, state, zip, telephone, email address, and required credit card data. On order form there is an option to have a different billing and ship to address. If ship to information differs from billing, make sure both entries are accurate.

JTC does not ship orders to a PO box address only. Please supply a ship to street address in your order information. If no street address provided, JTC will not ship order. We will attempt to confirm with you this street address, but this will delay delivery. If no response, order will be cancelled.

Shipment to apartment location should offer delivery service secure area to leave boxes. We cannot replace orders that are taken from apartment area that lack necessary supervision. We would provide a ship tracking number and proof that delivery made to ship to address but that completes our responsibility on delivery of order.

Free shipping option represents standard ground service, not air.

Some orders may require a delivery confirmation signature upon delivery of shipment.

Purchase Policies and Product Warranty

All products sold by JTC are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Faulty products will be refunded or replaced in accordance with our Faulty Product Return Policy; see: Faulty Product Returns below.

JTC does not ask for any credit card information via phone, nor accept such information to process an order online via phone.

All credit card data is shared securely via our credit card verification vendor system and the buyer. Buyer contact information shared with JTC is not shared or sold to other parties, groups, organizations, etc.

Pricing, Tax & Specials

Pricing: Please note that all prices are in U.S. currency. The cost of shipping, handling, and tax are not included in the cost of products. These are additional costs and will be listed when placing your order.

Sales Tax: Sales taxes (if any) are calculated based on the location to which the product is being shipped.

International buyers are responsible for any import fees or taxes associated with processing the order through any national or local customs. Packages may need to be scanned or opened for inspection.

Specials: At times we offer specials on our products. These specials are limited in time duration and quantities that are available for each special.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed. JTC products are not for resale or substituted as component for another product. JTC may display purchased finished product to public. This can be rescinded by written request.

Order Pricing Policy

If you submit your order electronically, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. If you are paying by check, your order will be held until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks. Item(s) paid for by money order or credit card are usually shipped 1-2 business days after receipt. Please note that shipments may take longer dependent upon available inventory, quantities ordered, and destination. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed.

Warranty; Limited Remedy; Limited Liability

Because conditions of product use are outside of our control, the following is made in lieu of all express or implied warranties: these products will conform to published specifications and be free from defects in material and manufacture on the date of your purchase. JTC Services Inc. makes no other warranties including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If this product is defective upon your receipt, your exclusive remedy shall be, in accordance with this return policy, to replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product. Except where prohibited by law, JTC Services Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from our products, regardless of the legal theory asserted.

Order Cancellation

Orders that are cancelled after being processed through the shipment warehouse cannot be stopped. These products will be shipped, but may be returned by the customer for a refund of the product price, not including shipping. Custom orders, delivered or non-delivered, are non-refundable if custom work has been performed.

Orders that include special customization and/or graphic inclusion cannot be cancelled once work has begun. Any requested refund, full or partial, would be at discretion of JTC Services Inc. This includes any such order shipped and delivered, or attempted delivery and refused.

Faulty Product Return Policy

Within 7 days of purchase you can return a faulty product for a full refund of the product price including the original shipping costs (this does *not* include the cost to return the product). A product exchange may also be requested.

All we ask is that you email your refund request to fastinfo@fast-brake.com prior to a return ship, and that return the product is in its original condition with its packaging. You must receive our response to your request prior to ship. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of package.

Returning Items that are Not Faulty (Change of Mind Returns)

As per our returns policy covered on this page, you are permitted to return non-faulty items within 7 days, for a refund of the original product price, less the original shipping cost.

No refund will be provided for change of mind returns after 7 days. If the package has been opened, this infers that the system has been used. There are no change of mind returns allowed if the packaging has been opened, even if the return request is initiated within the 7 day period. Any non-faulty items returned within the 7 day period MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL condition. JTC products must be returned unopened and unused.

Products Not Delivered (Returned to Shipper)

If your product could not be delivered to you because of an invalid or incomplete address supplied in order, these products will normally be returned to our warehouse location. If this scenario occurs, the customer is not entitled to request a refund.

Refunding of Order

If the customer is returning a product for a refund, that refund will only be provided once we have confirmed receipt of the goods, and required good condition is satisfied. Restocking fee may be applied.

Refunds and Expired Credit Cards

If you are receiving a refund and your credit card has expired, we can refund you on the basis that you provide us with a new expiry date on your card. If you have since obtained a new credit card with a new number, we cannot provide a refund under these circumstances.

Credit Card Chargebacks

Under no circumstances should the customer apply for a chargeback with their credit card company without having first engaged us at fastinfo@fast-brake.com. We will always provide a refund to the customer under the appropriate circumstances

If there are special circumstances regarding an order, JTC Services Inc. is always prepared to give a refund to the customer, even when the eligibility criteria has not been met. Such circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.

Chargebacks filed without the prior knowledge of JTC Services Inc. will be treated as cases of fraud and reported to the relevant authorities.

If the customer wins a credit card chargeback under wrongful and fraudulent circumstances, they will be billed for the full amount of the chargeback, plus the chargeback fee.
